The QATM fully automatic vertical grinding wheel cutting machine Qcut 500A, originally imported from Germany, is a universal wet grinding wheel metallographic cutting machine with a cutting blade diameter of 16-20 inches and a cutting diameter of up to 190mm. It has fully automatic stroke control and precision dynamic cutting functions, and can automatically cut horizontally and fixedly with high precision, continuously cutting parallel in the (Y/X axis direction) or (Y/X/Z direction). The intuitive visual touch screen control is programmable, all relevant data can be directly operated, and the program can be adjusted during the cutting process, so that the entire automatic cutting process is controllable, simple and clear. This new cutting machine is upgraded with a system and oversized cutting chamber based on the Brillant 265 module, further improving the series of floor mounted cutting machines.
